Exciting Updates on Leopard’s Chase Golf Links Renovations

As we move into early August, we are thrilled to share the progress of the renovations at Leopard’s Chase Golf Links. Our course has been transforming significantly, transitioning from L93 bentgrass to TifEagle ultradwarf Bermudagrass.

In line with our commitment to providing an exceptional golfing experience, we temporarily closed the course in early July to kickstart the renovation process. Over the past month, the transition to TifEagle Bermudagrass has been in full swing, and we are pleased to report that everything is on track for a remarkable reopening.

Our team has been hard at work, ensuring that every detail is perfect, and we are now approaching the final stages of the renovation. The TifEagle sprigs were successfully planted by mid-July, and they have been thriving in the warmer weather, promising fantastic playing conditions throughout the year.

As early September approaches, we are excited to announce that our anticipated reopening is just around the corner. The weather conditions have been favorable, allowing us to progress smoothly with the renovation, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to the newly renovated Leopard’s Chase Golf Links.

Since our opening in 2007, we have been proud to be one of the finest courses on the Grand Strand, consistently ranked among the top public courses in North Carolina by Golfweek Magazine and Golf Magazine. The 7,155-yard layout, complemented by stunning features such as waterfalls, coquina boulders, and undulating greens, has provided countless golfers with unforgettable experiences.

With this transition to TifEagle ultradwarf Bermudagrass, we are confident that our course will elevate to even greater heights, offering a golfing experience that rivals the best in the area.
